GUSEPE is built to stay, not for seasons but for years of consistent daily use. Every piece is designed with structure, durability and long term performance in mind, and we stand behind that standard.

Each backpack is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. If something does not perform as intended under normal use, whether related to construction, materials or hardware, we will take care of it. Depending on the situation, this may involve a repair, a replacement or another suitable solution.

At the same time, GUSEPE is made to be used. Over time, natural signs of wear may appear and this is a normal part of daily use that does not affect the integrity or function of the product. The warranty does not cover cosmetic changes, misuse, improper care or damage caused by external factors.

Even beyond the warranty period, you are always welcome to reach out. We aim to support every GUSEPE piece for as long as it is carried.
