Returns & Refunds

At GUSEPE, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include all original packaging and tags

  • Include proof of purchase

Because our products are carefully crafted, we kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the conditions listed above (unused, unworn, with original packaging and proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
